indie designz book of the weekI’m super excited to start this weekly addition to my blog. Every Monday I’ll be introducing a brand spankin’ new book, and it’ll be featured in my sidebar for the entire week. I’ll also be adding a page where past BOWC entries will be archived. The ebook revolution has opened up a whole new reading outlet I didn’t have before. I’ve always been an avid reader from as far back as I can remember. Even at the ripe young age of 5-6 yrs old, I can remember going to the book store with my grandmother and picking out books. I would walk up and down every aisle just to be sure I didn’t overlook some spectacular book. Then several years ago I moved overseas and finding good books in the genres I prefer to read became near impossible until I came across the Indie phenomena and realized I could get books online. Not only could I get books, but great books and some of them were even FREE like today’s first book of the week.

I can’t think of another book that I would rather kick off my BOWC with than Katie’s Hope by Lizzy Ford. Now before you all go thinking I’m biased, I challenge you to read the first chapter of the book and see if you are able to put it down. I am certain you won’t be. Lizzy’s books are like potato chips. You can’t stop at one.

Katie’s Hope is the second book in the popular Rhyn Trilogy.  To download your free copy of Katie’s Hope, you can visit Lizzy’s website Guerilla Wordfare or download directly from Smashwords. Downloads are available for Kindle, Nook, Sony, Kobo, and eReader.
